Blood panels come back at different intervals, so building a calendar around one of them means missing the others. This organizer takes the panels your veterinarian set, one per line with the name, the last test date and the interval separated by commas, works out each next due date and lines them up soonest first. It also names the panel due soonest and counts the ones already past due.

Each line is split on commas or tabs first and on whitespace only if neither is present; the last two values are read as the date and the interval, and everything before them becomes the name. Dates advance by whole months with an end-of-month adjustment, and only whole months are accepted. A bad line is reported by its line number. As of October 2026 no published standard was found for grouping panels by symptom or age.

This tool does not decide which panels to run, read the values that come back, or state reference ranges. The panel list and the intervals are set by your veterinarian from the patient in front of them. It is for reference only and does not replace veterinary care. Contact your veterinarian right away if appetite, weight or water intake changes, whatever the calendar says.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it suggest panels by age?

No published standard was found for grouping panels by symptom or age, so only the panels your veterinarian set are organized here.

Can a panel name contain spaces?

Yes. The last two values on a line are read as the date and the interval, and everything before them becomes the name.

How do past-due panels appear?

The last column shows how many days have passed, and the result area reports how many panels are already past due.
