Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between simplewoody (hereinafter "the Company") and the users regarding the use of the website (simplewoody.com) and mobile applications (hereinafter "the Service") provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Provision of Service and Placement of Ads)
1. The Company provides services to users free of charge and may place advertisements on the service screens for this purpose. Users are deemed to agree to the placement of advertisements shown during use.
2. The Company may provide paid products for specific features (e.g., ad removal, premium tools, etc.), in which case prices and benefits will follow the separate information page.
3. Payments and refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the payment gateway designated by the Company.
Article 3 (Ownership of Intellectual Property)
1. All intellectual property rights for content, designs, logos, calculation logic, and software provided by the Service belong to the Company.
2. Users shall not copy, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or use the Service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without the Company's prior consent.

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
1. Interfering with the normal operation of the service or placing an excessive load on the server.
2. Unauthorized crawling or reverse engineering of the provided calculation logic.
3. Acts contrary to relevant laws and public order and morals.
Article 5 (Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer)
1. All calculation results provided by this Service (fuel costs, financial figures, statistics, etc.) are simple estimates for reference only calculated based on the entered data.
2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the results and assumes no responsibility for any economic or legal decisions made by users based on the information obtained through this Service.
3. For actual transactions or contracts, please consult with an expert in the relevant field or verify official data.
4. The Company is exempt from liability for damages caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, service updates, or communication failures.
Article 6 (Amendments to Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms within a range that does not violate relevant laws. In case of amendment, notice will be given through the in-service announcement 7 days prior to the effective date (30 days prior if the amendment is unfavorable to the user).
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company shall be the agreed jurisdictional court.
