How to Use the Mood Pattern Tracker
Can't figure out why your mood fluctuates? Seven days of data is enough to start spotting patterns. Log the weather, your main activity, and a mood score (1–10) for each day of the week, and the calculator shows your average mood and which conditions tend to produce your best days.
Select the weather that dominated that day and the activity that had the biggest impact on how you felt. The mood score is your overall daily vibe — go with your gut. Once you see which conditions correlate with higher scores, you can intentionally build more of them into your schedule.
One week is a starting point. For more reliable patterns, track for 4 or more weeks. You may discover that exercise days consistently score 1–2 points higher, or that rainy days tank your mood regardless of activity. Knowing your triggers is the first step to managing them.
