Compare your own three events without any outside table

This page holds no scoring table at all. The US Army Fitness Test (AFT), which replaced the previous test in June 2025, scores the same events against different tables by age group and sex, and published versions of those tables disagree between sources. Rather than invent one, the tool uses your own personal best in each event as the reference point and reports where this attempt sits against it.

Rep and hold events divide this attempt by your best. The two-mile run divides your best time by this attempt, because a shorter time is the better one, so a faster run produces a larger figure. Laid side by side the three figures show which event is lagging. Comparisons use the one-decimal values on screen so the numbers and the verdict always agree, and anything above 100 percent is flagged separately as a personal best beaten.

None of this is a pass mark, a point total or a standing against anyone else. It is only your own relative strength across three events. For the figures that actually count, check the official scoring tables for your age group and sex. If a personal best came from one unusually good day, every other attempt will look low against it.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no scoring table?

Published per-event tables disagree between sources, and the standards differ by age group and sex. Rather than invent a table, the tool uses your own personal best as the reference.

Why is the run divided the other way round?

A shorter run time is the better one, so your best time is divided by this attempt. That way a faster run produces a larger percentage, like the other two events.

I got a figure above 100 percent. Is that a bug?

No. It means this attempt beat your previous best, and the tool lists that event separately as a personal best beaten.
