You Might Also Need

Spreading several movements across one session

Enter one movement per line with the maximum reps you can do in a single set. The tool converts that max into reps per set, then totals session volume per movement, session reps and weekly reps. Reps per set are rounded down because a set has to be completable, with a floor of one rep. Session reps are the sum of reps per set times sets across all movements, and weekly reps multiply that by your training days.

Three set-percentage options are shown side by side. The 50, 60 and 70% defaults are common gym practice rather than an authoritative standard, so change them anywhere from 20 to 90%. As of October 2026 no published progression or level chart for bodyweight training is available, and the rep-range guidance from the American College of Sports Medicine is written for external load, so it does not transfer directly to bodyweight max reps.

This page does not predict how many reps you will have in a few weeks and does not build a week-by-week plan. It sizes today's session only. You can enter up to 8 movements, and equipment or form difficulty is not modelled, so leave out anything that hurts and check your technique first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are 50, 60 and 70% authoritative numbers?

No. They are common practice, and no published progression chart for bodyweight training is available. Set them anywhere from 20 to 90% yourself.

Why are reps per set rounded down?

Because a set has to be completable. If the result falls below one rep, the tool shows one rep instead.

Does it predict my reps a few weeks from now?

No. It sizes this session volume only and does not build a week-by-week progression plan.
