How to Use the Hybrid Work Schedule Planner
Splitting your week between remote work and the office sounds simple until you actually have to decide which days go where. This calculator takes your total workdays, target office days, and a distribution pattern, then automatically assigns each weekday as an office day or a remote day.
Choose from three patterns: front-loaded (office days clustered early in the week), back-loaded (clustered late in the week), or evenly spread (office days distributed as evenly as possible across your workdays) - whichever fits your team's norms or your own preference.
The office ratio (%) is calculated too, so you can quickly check whether your schedule meets a company's minimum in-office requirement.
Frequently Asked Questions
It spreads your office days as evenly as possible across your total workdays, so office time doesn't get clustered on just a couple of weekdays.
Office days can never exceed your total workdays, so the calculator shows an error message. Increase your total workdays or lower the office day count and try again.
