Age decides the training order
Enter the date of birth and the page works out age in days and weeks, says whether the socialization window is open, and names what to work on first at that stage. Add session length and sessions per day and you also get total training minutes per week.
The stage boundaries come from treating three to fourteen weeks as the critical socialization period, the range widely used in AAHA life stage guidance, converted to days 21 to 98. Sources that extend a second window to 14 to 16 weeks are shown on a separate note line. Current as of October 2026.
No training table by breed is offered, because no official table states what to teach at what month for each breed. This tool is for reference only and does not replace veterinary care. Contact your veterinarian right away if you notice symptoms or suspect a problem.
