Purchase value uses the typical average rate for buying Robux directly (about $0.0125 per Robux); actual prices vary slightly by package size. DevEx, on the other hand, is the rate Roblox pays developers to cash out Robux earned in-game ($0.0035 per Robux) — much lower than the purchase rate.
