Navy NCO Fitness Test Scoring Guide
The Navy NCO fitness test evaluates three core events: push-ups (2 min), sit-ups (2 min), and a 1.5-mile run. Each event is scored on a 10-point scale for a maximum total of 30 points. A score of 18 or more points (60%) is typically required to pass. Consistently poor performance in any single event may result in disqualification.
