Your big three total, bodyweight multiple and the weight left to each club
Enter your body weight and your squat, bench press and deadlift one-rep maxes and the page returns the big three total and the total as a multiple of your body weight, plus a table showing what share of the total each lift carries and each lift's own bodyweight multiple. A second table lists round-number targets from 600 lb up to 1,200 lb, including the 1,000 lb club and the 500 kg club, with the weight still to go for each. The share column makes it obvious which lift you are leaning on.
The arithmetic is plain. The total is the three lifts added together, the bodyweight multiple is that total divided by your weight, and each share is one lift divided by the total. The 500 kg club is converted at 0.45359237 kg per pound, which puts it at 1,102.3 lb. A total exactly equal to a target counts as reached, and the weight remaining then shows as zero (as of October 2026).
No grade or score is assigned. The strength standards tables in wide circulation are self-reported percentiles from the users of a particular site, and they disagree with each other: an intermediate squat is 1.5 times body weight on one table and 1.75 times on another. The same total therefore reads as intermediate on one and advanced on the next, which is why none of them can serve as a recognised standard. The round-number targets are only round numbers too. Most importantly, testing a one-rep max is the dangerous part. Do not attempt a true maximum without a spotter, and prefer an estimate taken from the weight and reps of your normal working sets.
Frequently asked questions
The strength standards tables people quote are self-reported percentiles from one site’s users, and the numbers differ between sites. The same total reads as intermediate on one table and advanced on another, so none works as a recognised standard.
Converting at 0.45359237 kg per pound puts it at 1,102.3 lb, which is above the 1,000 lb club, so the 1,000 lb mark is usually reached first.
It is not recommended. A maximal attempt is where injuries happen, so never do it without a spotter and prefer a figure estimated from the weight and reps of your normal sets.
