How to Use the Multi-Anniversary D-Day Calculator
When you have several dates to remember — birthdays, wedding anniversaries, first-day-of-school, the day you met someone special — calculating each countdown separately gets tedious fast. This calculator lets you enter up to 5 anniversary names and dates at once, then automatically calculates the D-day for each one and sorts them from soonest to farthest.
Anniversaries are treated as yearly recurring dates. Based on the month and day you enter, if that date has already passed this year, the calculator automatically counts down to next year's occurrence instead; if it hasn't passed yet, it counts down to this year's date. For example, if today is August 7 and a wedding anniversary is May 20, that date already passed this year, so the calculator counts down to next year's May 20 automatically.
Fields left blank are automatically excluded from the results, so you can fill in only the anniversaries you actually want to track. Having everything laid out in one sorted list makes it much easier to plan gifts or events ahead of time.
