How to use the Multi-Event Countdown Calculator
Set a reference date and time, then list each event with its name, date and time on its own line. The tool sorts them from nearest to furthest and reports how many days, hours and minutes are left for each one. When appointments, deadlines and plans are mixed together it shows which arrives first on one screen, and it counts separately how many are already behind you.
Time left is the gap between the two moments converted to whole minutes and then split into days, hours and minutes, so the minute field never shows 60. Dates and times are built from Coordinated Universal Time components, so the figures do not change with the reader's time zone. Current as of October 2026.
This is not a clock that refreshes itself every second; everything is measured from the reference moment you enter. Tracking a single event on its own is not covered here, because sorting several of them against each other is the point of the page. Converting events between time zones and generating repeating schedules are not included.
