Routing numbers are recognized when preceded by a label like "Routing" or "ABA" (they're always exactly 9 digits in the US), and account numbers are recognized when preceded by "Account" or "Acct," since account lengths vary too widely (4-17 digits) to detect reliably without that context. Any standalone 9-digit number that isn't already a phone number or a labeled account number is flagged as a possible routing number as a fallback. Results update as you type, with each category counted separately.
