Rock Paper Scissors Simulator

Enter participants to simulate a random rock-paper-scissors tournament with round-by-round results

How to Use the Rock Paper Scissors Simulator

Use this tool to settle group decisions, assign tasks, or just have fun with a tournament-style rock-paper-scissors bracket. Enter participant names and the simulator builds a full bracket, randomly deciding each match round by round until one champion emerges.

How to Use

Type participant names one per line, or leave the name field blank and enter a count (2–16) to use auto-numbered players. Click "Run Tournament" to see the full bracket with every match result and the final winner. Click "Simulate Again" to run a fresh simulation with the same lineup.

Tournament Rules

When the number of players is odd, one player advances with a bye each round. Tied throws are automatically replayed until a clear winner emerges. The bracket always produces a single champion.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to enter names?

No — leaving the name field blank and entering a count will label players as Player 1, Player 2, etc. automatically.

Can the same person win every time?

Outcomes are random each simulation, so the same person winning repeatedly is possible but unlikely with more participants.
