How the Random Perfume Note Combo Generator Works
Choose a family and how many combos you want, then press the button for random top, heart and base note combinations. It works as a starting point for blending your own scent, or for deciding which note structures to go looking for when you shop. Type a note of your own and it is attached to every combo in the draw.
The note lists and how families are handled
Only names that are used as real perfume materials are included: 12 top notes, 13 heart notes and 12 base notes, grouped by the families they are conventionally placed in. When a family has no note at one level, as citrus does at the base, that level is drawn from the full list instead and the result says which levels fell back. If a family holds fewer notes than the number of combos, notes repeat and a reuse notice is shown too.
No ratios are given
The same three notes smell completely different depending on the proportions and the dilution, and real blending also involves maceration time, so this tool never suggests a ratio or a volume. It gives you the structure and leaves the rest to your own nose. Combinations are a matter of taste, so there is no correct answer here.
