When the next tier is in sight the only real question is how many more games it takes. This calculator takes current and target points, the points gained per win, the points lost per loss and your own win rate, then shows the climb left, the wins needed if you never lost a game, the games expected at your stated win rate, and the split of expected wins and losses.

The win-rate floor carries the logic. Expected change per game is win rate times points per win minus loss rate times points per loss, and once that figure drops to zero or below the total never climbs no matter how many games you queue. The floor is therefore points lost divided by the sum of points gained and points lost; the page compares the two figures at the one decimal it displays and blocks an unreachable target while printing both numbers in the message. The games expected is the smallest count whose win total (games times your win rate, rounded) and remaining losses actually add up to the target or more, so the displayed win/loss split always reaches it.

Point swings differ by game and by season and no official source publishes them, so gain and loss per game are yours to enter. The tool does not deal in tier names or promotion series and it does not rate your skill. Results are a straight extension of the win rate you entered, with no win-streak bonus and no placement adjustment. Current as of October 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the win-rate floor mean?

It is the point below which extra games never raise your total. It equals points lost per loss divided by the sum of points gained per win and points lost per loss.

What if I do not know the points per win?

Read it off your recent match history. Per-game point swings are not published by an official source, so this tool will not assume a value for you.

Are win-streak bonuses included?

No. Gain and loss per game are treated as constant throughout, so if your game awards streak bonuses the real number of games will be lower.
