How to Use the Upgrade Material Farming Planner
Enter how many materials you need, how many you already own, the per-run drop quantity, drop rate, and time per run. The planner calculates exactly how many runs you need and how long it will take to reach your target.
Formula: shortage = target − owned; expected drops/run = drop qty × rate%; runs needed = ⌈shortage ÷ drops/run⌉; total time = runs × run time. Due to random variance, actual results may differ — plan a small buffer above your exact target.
To find the most efficient farming stage, compare expected drops/run (high is better) and time/run (low is better) across stages. The one with the highest drop density relative to time is your best choice.
Frequently Asked Questions
Divide the required runs by your daily run limit to get the number of days. For example, 100 runs at 10 runs/day = 10 days of farming.
Run 50–100 attempts and divide total drops by total runs to get an empirical rate. This is often more accurate than stated probabilities, which can vary with game mechanics.
