About Korean Military Fitness Grade Standards

The Korean Army fitness test consists of three events: push-ups, sit-ups, and a 3km run. Results are graded as Special , 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or Fail. The Special grade comes with bonus leave and commendation benefits.

Standards differ by age group (~25, 26–30, 31–35, 36–40, 41+) and gender. The lowest individual event grade determines the overall grade. This calculator uses publicly available Army fitness standards — always verify against the latest official table.
